How to: Copy a file in Windows Explorer.
Solution:
Select the file, and select the 'Copy' from the 'Edit' menu. Select the destination folder, and select 'Paste' from the 'Edit' menu.
1) Open Windows Explorer.

2) In the left pane, locate and select the folder containing the file you want to copy.
3) In the right pane, select the file you want to copy.
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
5) In the left pane, locate and select the destination folder.
6) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
